CBRE Hires Finance Pro From Kettler in DC
CBRE has hired Justin Glasgow as a senior vice president in its mid-Atlantic debt and structured finance team in Washington, D.C., according to the real estate company.
“Justin represents our next generation of top talent and we look forward to the positive impact he will have on our clients and to this team’s continued success,” Kyle Schoppmann, an executive managing director at CBRE, said in a statement from the firm.
Glasgow has spent 17 years in commercial real estate closing over $25 billion in deals involving multi-family properties, student housing, manufactured housing, data centers, office, retail, and industrial buildings, per the CBRE statement. The transactions have ranged from joint ventures and programmatic equity to recapitalizations and debt financing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Justin was a chief investment officer at Kettler. He has also worked as a senior managing director in the equity, debt, and structured finance group at Cushman & Wakefield in D.C.
“As the economic cycle continues to show strength in all areas, Justin will allow us to continue to grow our scope of services and offerings for our clients,” David Webb, the leader of CBRE’s mid-Atlantic debt and structured finance team, said in prepared remarks. The team has closed an annual average of $2.5 billion of debt and equity transactions over the last five years, per the statement.
