At what was effectively the last day at MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier), the Cannes, France-based annual international real estate conference (there are only closing remarks tomorrow morning), people talked a lot about technology and the future, and threw around the word, “obsolescence.”

There was some talk about Brexit, as the March 29 deadline approaches, but real estate pros seemed fairly inured to it:
