Amazon has nailed down a lease commencing Dec. 1 for an entire one-story 83,000-square-foot building in Woodside, Queens.

The lease expires Feb. 28, 2029, according to a press release from the landlord, Terreno Realty Corporation, which didn’t identify the tenant by name, only referring to it as “a leading e-commerce firm.” Terreno acquired the property in March for $25.2 million, as Commercial Observer previously reported, and is renovating it.

Per The Real Deal, which first reported on the news, Amazon will open the fulfillment center at 26-15 Boody Street, which was the headquarters of the Bulova watch company. The campus includes two parking lots that are a combined 91,000 square feet, which TRD said is included in the lease.

CBRE (CBRE)’s Brad Cohen, Jacob Tzfanya and Jon Kamali represented Torreno in the deal. A CBRE spokeswoman declined to comment.

W. Blake Baird, the chairman and CEO of Terreno, a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust, wasn’t immediately reachable. A press representative for Amazon didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
