TV station conglomerate Ion Media has inked a deal to stay put near Times Square.

The Palm Beach, Fla.-based broadcasting company renewed its lease for 40,000 square feet of offices on the 30th and 31st floors and part of the second floor at SL Green (SLG) Realty Corp.’s 810 Seventh Avenue, The Real Deal reported. The length of the lease wasn’t immediately clear.

Taking rents in the building range from the mid-$60s to the low-$70s per square foot, per TRD.

Daniel Levine of Newmark Knight Frank represented Ion in the deal and declined to comment via a spokesman. An SL Green spokesman also declined to comment on the transaction.

Ion first moved into the building in 2009 and its lease expired in June, according to information from CoStar Group.

Hoplite Capital Management renewed its 17,320-square-foot footprint in the 41-story tower between West 52nd and West 53rd Streets last year. Other tenants in the building include consulting firm Berkeley Research Group, coworking outfit Convene, wealth manager TAG Associates and engineering firm Dragados USA.

SL Green purchased the 765,000-square-foot building for $518.56 million in 2007 when it acquired Reckson Associates.
