Five of Cushman & Wakefield’s brokers have moved to Meridian Capital Group, sources told Commercial Observer.

The fivesome includes Morris Betesh, Justin Boruchov and three junior associates who could not immediately be identified.

Betesh was previously a managing director at C&W Capital Services, with a focus on transactions in the Hudson Yards, Midtown West and Penn Station neighborhoods of Manhattan. Boruchov was a director at C&W Capital Services, with a focus on the Upper West Side.

It wasn’t clear whether the five are on Meridian’s payroll yet.

“It’s pretty fresh. From my understanding it just happened,” said a source familiar with the exit.

Both Meridian and C&W declined to comment on the moves, and no further information could immediately be gleaned.
