Dustin Stolly To Exit JLL

Dustin Stolly, a managing director in the real estate investment banking practice at JLL is leaving the brokerage after almost 10 years, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Sources told Commercial Observer that Stolly has plans to open his own debt brokerage.

A heavy hitter at JLL, Stolly weighed in at No. 26 on Commercial Observer’s Power 50 list (along with Keith Kurland, Aaron Appel and Jonathan Schwartz). He has originated over $25 billion of capital markets transactions during his career. Prior to joining JLL he was an originator at both UBS and Eurohypo.

Officials at JLL declined to comment at this time. Stolly also declined to comment.
