Medical Image Management Company Seals Deal for Space on West 21st Street

UltraLinq Healthcare Solutions, a company that has provided a cloud-based ultrasound and image management program since 2001, has leased 7,000 square feet of office space at 38 West 21st Street.
The asking rent and length of lease weren’t immediately available.
The 12-story, 68,508-square-foot Jack Vogel Associates-owned building, which is between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, is home to capital advisory firm HKS Capital Partners, software company Autodesk and Drummond Framing.
Doug Rice of Rice & Associates brokered the deal on the landlord’s behalf. He didn’t immediately respond to an inquiry, and nor did Brittany Silver and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who worked on the tenant’s behalf, via a spokeswoman.
