A photography editing and printing company has renewed its full-floor headquarters in the Garment District, Commercial Observer has learned.

Digital Color Concepts has signed a seven-year renewal to remain in its sixth-floor offices, or 10,092 square feet, at 42 West 39th Street, according to the landlord’s broker, Adams & Co. Asking rent in the deal was $45 per square foot.

The photography company originally signed on at the 174,970-square-foot building between Avenue of the Americas and Fifth Avenue six years ago, according to the brokerage. Its renewal kicks in at the beginning of 2017 and runs through December 2023.

“The office building has provided the company with a central location in the transit triangle, with all major transportation hubs nearby including [Pennsylvania] Station, Grand Central [Terminal], Port Authority [Bus Terminal], the PATH and major subway lines,” David Levy of Adams & Co. said in a statement via a spokesman. “Because ease of access continues to aide in the photography company’s success with high-end clientele and photo-shoot projects, Digital Color Concepts decided to remain at 42 West 39th Street.”

Levy and colleague Brett Maslin represented the landlord, while Michael Burgio of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) represented the tenant. Burgio did not return a request for comment via a spokesman.

Executive Color Systems, a printing and copy service for businesses, signed an early five-year renewal for its two-floor office at the building, as CO reported in April. Ralph Lauren, Bijou International and Spanx also lease space at the property.
