PR Company Moving to Tishman’s Chrysler East

Public relations firm M. Booth & Associates has signed a lease for 35,000 square feet at Tishman Speyer’s 666 Third Avenue, also known as Chrysler East.

The media relations company, which has clients including Mercedes-Benz, Google, Godiva and American Express, will occupy the entire seventh floor of the 32-story, 666,000-square-foot building between East 42nd and East 43rd Streets, a spokeswoman for the landlord confirmed to Commercial Observer. M. Booth will be relocating from Rockrose Development Corp’s 300 Park Avenue South.

Asking rents in the Third Avenue building are in the mid-$60s per square foot, as The Real Deal first reported. M. Booth & Associates is paying $51 per square foot at its current Park Avenue South offices, according to CoStar.    

Savills Studley’s Howard Nottingham represented the tenant in the deal, while Tishman Speyer’s Rob Weller and Gregory Conen represent the landlord in-house. Mr. Nottingham declined to speak to CO via a spokeswoman.

M. Booth & Associates will join a diverse mix of tenants including elevator and escalator consulting company BOCA Group, law firm Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations, The Netherlands Consulate General and the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research.
