NGKF Hires Chesterfield Faring Associate Josh Egert in Debt and Equity Role

Former Chesterfield Faring Senior Associate Josh Egert is joining NGKF Capital Markets at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an associate director in the firm’s New York City Debt and Structured Finance team.

In his new role, he will report to senior Managing Director Jordan Roeschlaub and will focus on providing clients with advisory services and raise equity and debt across all asset classes.

“Jordy’s team is very well regarded in the marketplace,” Mr. Egert told Commercial Observer in prepared remarks. I am excited to be joining a full-service, institutional-level firm like NGKF where I can utilize all of Newmark (NMRK)’s resources to benefit clients.”

Before moving over to NGKF, Mr. Egert spent two years at the New York-based real estate investment bank Chesterfield Faring. He also has a background in law, and worked as an attorney at Pulvers, Pulvers, Thompson & Friedman where he focused on real estate and restructuring matters. Mr. Egert received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

This hire follows the recent addition of Mark Losnick, associate director, to Mr. Roeschlaub’s team last month.
