reprintsInvus Group, a private investment company, has signed a five-year lease renewal of its 14,700-square-foot space at 750 Lexington Avenue.
The firm will continue to occupy the entire 30th and 31st floors of the Cohen Brothers Realty-owned office and commercial building between East 59th and East 60th Streets, according to a CBRE news release.
Asking rents in the deal were not disclosed, but asking rents on lower floors in the building are $72 per square foot, according to CoStar.
CBRE’s Christopher Corrinet, Ben Friedland and Michael Geoghegan represented Invus Group in the transaction. The brokers were not immediately available for comment.
The landlord was represented in-house by Marc Horowitz, who did not return requests for comment.
Invus Group will continue to share the building with a host of retail and office tenants. Last year, Sephora USA moved into a 7,000-square-foot retail space at the base of the Lexington Avenue tower, which was a spot previously occupied by jeans brand Levi’s, as Commercial Observer previously reported.
Other companies in the building include law firms Bickel & Brewer and Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, shoe retailer Nine West and London-based fashion house Jimmy Choo.
