Jewelry company Accessories House has signed a 3,092-square-foot lease at 10 West 33rd Street, Commercial Observer has learned.
The wholesale apparel company, which began in 2009 and specializes in jewelry and handbags, signed a lease at the building, which sits between Fifth Avenue and Broadway. The deal, for part of the fifth floor, is for six years and eight months.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. Asking rents were $52 per square foot.
According to Mr. Levy, Accessories House, which has roughly a dozen employees, is moving from 485 Seventh Avenue between West 36th and West 37th Streets within the next two weeks.
“We are very excited that we’re adding another great accessory tenant into the Fashion Accessory Center,” Mr. Levy told CO.
Earlier this year, CO wrote that Chaby International and ACI Brands had signed leases in the building. Other tenants include Gina Group, Global Design Concepts, Fast Forward, Hobo and Stone Mountain.
