Eyeview, an online video production company, has inked a five-year deal for office space at 60 Madison Avenue.

The tech company will be taking 18,783 square feet for the entire fourth floor of the 12-story Midtown South building, according to JLL (JLL), which represented the landlord. It’s relocating from 29 East 19th Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South—half a mile away from its new office.

Jonathan Fanuzzi, Daniel Kollar and Harley Dalton of JLL represented the landlord, The Moinian Group. Anthony Sciacca of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Asking rents were $70 per square foot, according to a JLL spokesman.

“Eyeview is growing rapidly and sought a larger office for its New York headquarters that was near the existing office location,” Mr. Fanuzzi said in prepared remarks. “Eyeview also appreciated the open floor plan, abundant natural light and views of Madison Square Park.”

The Moinian Group recently renovated the lobby of the 195,000-square-foot building between East 26th and East 27th Streets, as Commercial Observer previously reported. Architecture firm Gensler was hired to reshape the lobby, with a glass and stone design and revamped common corridors.
