Colliers International has found a new Chief Operating Officer for New York/Tri-State operations in Kimberly Brennan, who’s joining the firm from Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Brennan will be overseeing Colliers’ business operations as well as strategic direction for the company’s New York, New Jersey and Connecticut offices.
“Kim is an accomplished, focused brokerage executive with a keen ability to drive business, bring teams together for maximum efficiency and provide senior, strategic leadership across a sophisticated platform,” said Colliers’ Eastern Region President Joseph Harbert in a prepared statement. “She also has the enthusiasm, passion and drive that helps bring out the best in others. We have ambitious plans for the New York/tri-state region, including expanding our market share and continuing to recruit top talent.”
Over her tenure at Cushman, Ms. Brennan became New Jersey’s highest-ranking female executive in commercial real estate and the company’s market leader for the region, joining after serving as director of brokerage services for CBRE’s Midtown office. The 21-year real estate industry veteran holds a seat on the board of trustees of NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and is a graduate of Seton Hall University.
