The  seller acquired 15 William Street, a luxury condo building, in late 2010 and signed Open Kitchen to a long-term lease of the building’s 5,500-square-foot retail space.

Since buying 15 William Street, CIM Group has amassed other Financial District assets, including 5 Hanover Square and 2 Rector Street, which it co-owns with Kushner Companies. The firm’s New York portfolio also includes the Verizon Building at 140 West Street, 432 Park Avenue and 47 East 34th Street, according to a statement.

Kinsey Equities, an affiliate of the buyer listed in the sales record, declined to comment on the deal. CIM Group did not return a call requesting comment.
