Industry Vet Corey Abdo Joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance

Veteran Manhattan broker Corey Abdo has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance as an executive managing director of leasing and sales in its New York City offices, Commercial Observer has learned.

Mr. Abdo, who has negotiated more than two million square-feet of real estate transactions over a career spanning 25 years, will continue to provide both owner representation and tenant advisory services to clients throughout the Metropolitan area.

Mr. Abdo spent the last 12 years of his career leading leasing efforts as an executive vice president and partner at EVO Real Estate Group, formerly Winoker Realty. He previously worked at Newmark (later NKF and today NGKF) for 17 years, where he was instrumental in helping to develop the company’s promotional brokerage division.

His clients have included Chadbourne & Parke, Rodman & Renshaw, Leukemia Society of America, Saudi Petroleum, Amalgamated Bank of New York, CBS, Time Warner, AT&T and Scandinavian Bank, among a long list of others. He is a REBNY member and holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Hofstra University.
