C&W Names Patrick Dugan as Director of Brokerage, NYC

Former CBRE (CBRE) broker Patrick Dugan has joined Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) as Director of Brokerage, New York City offices, Commercial Observer has learned.

“Patrick Dugan has developed a well-deserved reputation in the brokerage world as a first-class deal closer whose top priority is service to clients,” said Ron Lo Russo, president, New York Tri-State region, in a statement. “We’re all excited about his arrival, and we have high expectations about the valuable role he’ll be playing as part of the Cushman & Wakefield management team.”

Mr. Dugan’s responsibilities in his new role will include strategic planning, business generation, recruitment, broker training, pipeline management and performance reviews. He will assume direct responsibility for approximately 50 brokers in C&W’s Midtown and Downtown offices. 

While at CBRE, Mr. Dugan focused on the Lower Manhattan, Midtown South and Brooklyn markets. His clients have included Vornado Realty Trust, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn, Madison Capital, the Bank of Japan and IBM.

“With his level of expertise, Patrick Dugan is certain to help the Cushman & Wakefield management team successfully execute a range of key initiatives,” added Suzy Reingold, chief operating officer, NY Tri-State region, in a statement.  “Manhattan office leasing is at a three-year high and Patrick will make sure we are taking maximum advantage of the opportunities this presents.”
