To follow the same principles that Mayor Bloomberg established.

For residential: smart, patient and presentable. For commercial: alert, knowledgeable and well-connected.

What is one aspect of your business you wish you had more time for? 

Architecture and design.

Greatest fear: 

Interest rates.

If approved, the Midtown East rezoning initiative will: 

It will take a long time to blossom but ultimately will be great for NYC.

Foreign real estate market you’d most like to invest in: 

India, Turkey and South America.

Is broadband connectivity in New York City a priority at your buildings? 

Yes, it is standard for us.

What should happen with Madison Square Garden and Penn Station? 

They should keep Carmelo Anthony and pick up more players like him!

What New York City building should be torn down? 

I will let you know when I see one!
