Who will become New York City’s next mayor?

Joe Lhota.

Improving the process to build and renovate in NYC.

What qualities do you look for in an agent representing your buildings?

Honest, creative, fair, passionate and easy to deal with.

What is one aspect of your business you wish you had more time for?

I had a great experience working on our plans for the Penthouses at Puck, so I would love to do more when it comes to planning construction projects, designing spaces and then being involved in the details of the renovations.

Greatest fear:

Foreign real estate market you’d most like to invest in:

Anywhere with a thriving tech industry and nice old buildings that need to be refurbished and modernized.

Is broadband connectivity in New York City a priority at your buildings?

Yes. This is absolutely critical and a key way to attract a new generation of tenants. We are getting all of our office building certified and increasing the ease for tenants to get access to various providers quickly.

In a normal workday, what is your most productive exercise?

Spending time with my daughter.

What should happen with Madison Square Garden and Penn Station?

As The New York Observer said many times, MSG should stay where it is and continue to be the best venue in the world.
