The professional services firm specializing in architecture, engineering, and management services has signed a 10-year deal to take a 20,958-square-foot office on the third floor of the building and will relocate from 15 East 26th Street.

Elsewhere in the building, Blink Fitness signed a 27,832-square-foot deal on the second floor. The division of Equinox will also be allocated a dedicated entrance on the first floor of the building.
