reprintsJudd McArthur, a former senior vice president at Cresa, has joined Cassidy Turley as a senior vice president at the firm’s New York office, it was announced on Monday.
Mr. McArthur will be concentrating on tenant representation in office leasing in New York City, according to a press release. While working at Cresa, Mr. McArthur represented clients like Oracle, Vertrue and Morgan Stanley (MS). He had also helped Cresa open its office in Norwalk, CT in 2010. Mr. McArthur received the 2005 National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Fairfield County Deal of the Year for his work in helping Vertrue Incorporated relocate to an 85,000-square-foot office space in Norwalk, Connecticut. The 25-year veteran is a graduate from Muhlenberg College and from NYU, from which he received a master’s degree in real estate investment.
“Judd will be a tremendous asset to Cassidy Turley New York, bringing a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the Tri-State markets and a true understanding of meeting client business objectives,” said Peter Hennessy, President of Cassidy Turley’s New York Tri-State, in a statement.
Despite Cresa’s loss, the real estate brokerage firm hired former NY Giant tight end Howard Cross and former chief executive Mark Jaccom away from Colliers International earlier in the summer.
