Kirkland West, LLC has signed a lease in Handler Real Estate Organization’s 263 West 38th Street.
The executive search firm will be taking a 4,800 square foot unit on the eighth floor in the 170,000 square foot building.
“They very much liked the efficient layout of the actual space,” said Scott Galin, a principal at Handler Real Estate Organization and broker on the deal, about the new office. “[It’s a] modest increase in overall space from existing space [at 441 Lexington Avenue].”
“Kirkland loves the location,” he further added. “It is centrally located, near Times Square and mass transit and easily accessible to their workforce.”
Peter Newman, of the same company, joined Mr. Galin in representing the landlord. Jonathan Cohen of Halstead Properties represented Kirkland West. The deal is the last one to close in the building as 263 West 38th has reached one hundred percent occupancy.
