High 5 Games, one of the largest online casino game programmers, will be moving into a 9,000-square-foot office at 50 West 23rd Street just as elected officials revisit whether to legalize gaming in New York state. The building owners, Two Trees Management, offered to customize the space for them.

“[Two Trees was] marketing the space as just an open space,” Caroline Pardo of Two Trees Management commented on the space, ” We demoed the space from the previous user. And we told them that we’d build it for them.”

Some of the customized features of their 11th floor office will include large windows for maximum exposure and a lot of sunlight as well as white oak hardwood flooring.

Two Trees Management bought the 340,000 square foot 13-story building for $129.5 million in the fall of 2010.

“We’re renovating the building,” Mrs. Pardo further added. “The lobby renovations are going to be completed at the end of this month or mid May. So we’ve completely gutted what was there previously—and, you know, we have to put our Two Trees touch.”

High 5 Games originally launched in 1995 as a video poker and blackjack game developer. Business was picking up and High 5 Games turned to other venues and became an innovative leader in the gaming industry. Over the years, their portfolio has grown to over a hundred games, including Da Vinci Diamonds, Cats, White Orchid, and Secrets of the Forest.
