reprintsAronauer Re & Yudell will be moving its headquarters to 60 East 42nd Street.
The firm will occupy a 8,100 square foot office in the building known as One Grand Central Place. Amenities in the building feature a law library that contains over 10,000 volumes of federal and state law at no expense of the tenants. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
“The tenant was so impressed with our prebuilt standards that they leased this space before the construction was completed,” said Fred Posniak, W&H’s senior vice president. “In addition, the tenant was equally impressed with our bottom renovation of the property, from new lobby, renovated elevators, and air conditioned public corridors.”
Mr. Posniak further noted that the new office is an expansion from their previous office at 444 Madison Avenue.
Aronauer, Re & Yudell is a full service commercial law firm that specializes in corporate law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and real estate. Its clientele ranges from companies within apartment buildings, medical, to furniture manufacturing industries.
