reprintsMk ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm that, like the poet e.e. cummings, eschews capitalization, signed a 4,800-square-foot lease for 10 years at 263 West 38th Street, it was announced last week.
The Times Square office building is now 90 percent occupied. The firm, which focuses on the media and marketing services sectors, moves from 561 Seventh Avenue, near 40th Street, and will take control of the eighth-floor space in early December, pending a build-out.
Scott Galin and Peter Newman of the Handler Real Estate Organization represented Handler as the landlord in-house. Peter Simel, also of Handler, represented the tenant. The asking rent was $31 per square foot.
