490broadway Branding Firm Breaks for 490 BroadwayJDK Design, the boutique design and branding company that counts the Bonnaroo Festival and the jam band Phish as their clients, has moved from its ultra-hip nook on Spring Street out into the open–on a swath of Broadway just around the corner.

The New York City-based firm last week inked a 6,980-square-foot, full-floor deal at 490 Broadway that will place it within blocks of clothing companies Yellow Rat Bastard and J. Crew for the next 10 years, CB Richard Ellis brokers told The Observer. The company recently outgrew its offices on 75 Spring Street, where it had occupied 6,400 square feet.
