The Century 21 offices are looking a lot homier these days.
Residential real estate brokerage A.C. Lawrence & Company, which absorbed the recently closed firm Century 21 NY Metro, has already started moving into its former 13,000-square-foot space near Grand Central.
The bigger office will give A.C. Lawrence “the elbow room” to launch a commercial arm and to enhance its recruitment and training, Anthony DeGrotta, a firm principal, told The Commercial Observer.
A.C. Lawrence had been eying a move sometime in the spring, but jumped on the opportunity to take over the recently gut-renovated space.
The deal was conducted entirely in-house.
