timberlake 0 In Deed! Timberlake Tosses Tribeca; Hotelier Fricks New Neighbor; $19 M. at 15 CPW; Picassos Grandson; Bob Futterman! It was a busy, busy day at the public records department, so we’ll try and be brief:

 — As Curbed first reported and the Post confirmed, Justin Timberlake has put his Tribeca apartment at the Pearline Building on the rental market and is moving into a penthouse at Soho Mews. The singer and ascendent movie star moved in part to avoid the paparazzi. So much for that.

 — Maybe all the troubles at the Apthorp got to them? Robert Burns and his young wife Janice have left the West Side for the East, buying the delectable Frick-facing maissonette at 2 East 70th Street that The Observer‘s Chloe Malle featured in this week’s Manhattan Transfers. City records confirms the price of $13.5 million, down from an original $15 million. Not to be confused with the poet of the same name, Mr. Burns is founder of the Regent International hotel group.

 — 15 Central Park West continues its strong showing. Even if Yerim Sow, a Senagalese telecom mogul, didn’t get the $21 million he was originally after for unit 36C — which boasts dual exposures and three bedrooms — $19 million ain’t bad, especially considering he only paid $10.5 million for the spread just two years ago. They don’t call him a mogul for nothing. The buyer was the mysterious Aitor Consulting. The unit disappeared from the market back in July, when it was repped by Corcoran’s Linda Schlang.

 — Another coup for Curbed, which turned up Bernard Ruiz-Picasso‘s purchase of an Astor Place penthouse at 439 Lafayette Street for $7.2 million.

 — Retail leasing ace Robert K. Futterman (you’ve probably seen his eponymous RKF-stamped leasing signs scattered across the city’s vacant storefronts) has excercised his own real estate acumen and picked up a penthouse at the Meatpacking District’s tony 345 West 13th Street. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex sits atop an 1890s loft building built for the Astor estate, according to StreetEasy.

The 3,599-square-foot apartment was listed by Elliman’s Michael Sheinfield and sold for $6.4 million, down from a $6.875 million asking when the unit was listed last Halloween. The seller was Jody Lanasa, a former Goldman partner whose current address was listed as (where else?) Greenwich, Conn. He currently runs Serengeti Asset Mangement, which he founded in 2007.
