Teaching Tools Concern Consolidates at 71 West 23rd for 15 Years

BrainPOP has signed a 13,000-square-foot lease at 71 West 23rd Street, directly across the street from its current office
“The leasing market presents a wide range of opportunities, so we worked diligently to identify potential deals that were the right size, at the right price and in the right location for BrainPOP,” said Bill Berkis, senior managing director at Winoker Realty, which represented the tenant. “As it turned out, the best option was to move directly across the street into consolidated quarters.”
The view may not change much for the educational products developer, but under the new 15-year lease, it will occupy the entire 17th floor, after being spread out over three separate spaces at its current location at 27 West 24th Street.
Herb Goldberg and David Schlamm of City Connections Realty represented the landlord, Trustees of the Masonic Hall.
