30 West 18th Street
With the addition of a mysterious new tenant, Robert K. Futterman & Associates has filled all the retail space in a new luxury rental building at 30 West 18th Street.
Incognito Bistro will open a new 4,800-square-foot restaurant. True to the name, not much else is known about the Flatiron district’s latest dining spot. Incognito will open for business next year, joining the less ambiguously named Just Calm Down Spa.
Sal Ferrigno and Richard Gelber of Robert K. Futterman represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by David Beare of Core Group NYC.
