Brokerage Susquehanna Financial Group has renewed its lease at Metro Center in Stamford, extending a 6,826-square-foot lease to 2015.

Jeffrey Newman represented landlord Malkin Properties in-house. Susquehanna was represented in-house.

“Our suburban trophy buildings have long attracted leading blue-chip companies because of our well-known quality, extensive amenities and proximity to transit centers and principal arteries,” says Mr. Newman. “We are pleased that Susquehanna Financial Group has demonstrated its satisfaction through this lease renewal, and we look forward to continuing to serve them at Metro Center.”
