280 Park Avenue
Danske, the largest bank of Denmark, signed a 10-year lease for 8,700 square feet at 280 Park Avenue. The bank moved out of the city more than a decade ago, but will return in August.
Matthew McBride of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, and Gregg Rothkin, Peter Turchin and Paul Amrich, also of CBRE, represented the landlord, Broadway Partners.
Crain’s had news of the lease on May 25.
