Consulting Firm Inks Speedy Deal for 12K Feet At 444 Madison

Consulting firm McKinney Rogers has signed a lease for 12,000 square feet on the eighth floor at 444 Madison Avenue. The company currently has its global headquarters on the 35th floor of the same building, and expects to move to the new space by July.
“This might be the fastest transaction I have ever closed,” said Greg Taubin of Studley, who represented the tenant with colleague Jason Perla. “I was referred to the client on March 17 and officially closed the deal on April 28. Even with this short time frame, we were able to achieve economically favorable lease terms that include built-in lease flexibility for options to expand, contract and terminate, if necessary. We condensed what is typically a three-month negotiation of business terms into two weeks.”
