1350 Broadway
The French-American Chamber of Commerce signed a five-year lease for 3,426 square feet at 1350 Broadway. The space is slightly larger than the group’s 2,725-square-foot space at 122 East 42nd Street near Grand Central, and it will move next year.
Snezana Anderson of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. Newmark Knight Frank represented landlord W&H Properties.
Crain’s reported the lease on May 25.
