Not a shabby week for Cohen Brothers: Several small leases at four of its midtown buildings added up to more than 100,000 square feet.

At 623 Fifth Avenue, Jesup & Lamont Securities leased 14,486 square feet, or the entire 17th floor. Silvio Petrillo and Brad Needleman of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

MTS Health Partners LP also leased 14,486 square feet, on the 14th floor of 623 Fifth. Norman Bobrow of Bobrow & Company represented the tenant. And Doral Financial Corporation leased 4,961 square feet on the 16th floor. John Picco of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

At 750 Lexington Avenue, PPM America Inc. took 7,175 square feet on the 10th floor. Andy Davidson and Gere Ricker of MB Real Estate represented the tenant, which was involved in one of five transactions involving nearly 19,000 square feet of leasing activity in the building.

At 3 Park Avenue, Accor Business and Leisure North America took 8,770 square feet on the 37th floor. Sean Black of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. The Tennis Channel leased 5,261 square feet, part of the 25th floor. Scott Gottlieb and Rocco Laginestra from CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Also in 3 Park Avenue, ICBC Broadcast Holdings Inc., represented by Patrick Gardner of Colliers International, renewed its lease for 35,530 square feet, the entire 41st floor and part of the 40th.

At 805 Third Avenue, Global Leverage Capital Management LLC leased 8,450 square feet on the 20th floor. Michael Joseph of Colliers International represented the tenant. And Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (US) Inc., represented by Jeff Lovell of Cushman & Wakefield, leased 5,776 square feet on the 15th floor.
