Apropos Firm Inks 10-Year Lease in SL Green’s Redone Tower

An executive search firm, Human Resource Management, inked a 10-year deal on Park Avenue to the tune of 10,985 square feet. Fortunately for the firm-which does exactly what its name implies-digging up executives in sectors like finance, investment banking and strategy and business development these days shouldn’t be too difficult.

Since its recent $70 million redevelopment, the SL Green (SLG)-owned glass-and-steel tower at 100 Park Avenue has been LEED Silver-certified. The landlord was represented by Steve Durels (pictured) and Christopher Gulden of SL Green. Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Realty‘s Peter E. Sabesan and Richard Gottlieb repped the search firm.
