Horizon Media, a marketing firm with a mission “to create the most meaningful brand connections within the lives of people everywhere,” is consolidating its three New York City offices and 400 local employees at One Hudson Square.

“This new headquarters in NYC will bring all of our New York staff together under one roof,” said Horizon CEO Bill Koenigsberg. The 115,000-square-foot space within Hudson Square’s creative community, he added, would “increase productivity and spark creative energy.” The asking rent for the 15-year deal, covering floors 14 through 16, was $42 a square foot, according to Crain’s.

Moshe Sukenik, Chris Mongeluzo and Brian Cohen of Newmark Knight Frank represented Horizon. Building owner Trinity Real Estate was represented by Andrew Peretz, Robert Constable and Marc Packman of Cushman & Wakefield.
