Reality TV Producer Moves Chelsea Offices to Abner’s 39 West 19th

The appetite for reality television shows persists unabated. Meanwhile, reality television production companies are rising to the demand. Among them is Left/Right, which has produced everything from Showtime’s adaptation of the radio show This American Life to a reality series starring Mr. T. The production company is moving from its 28th Street offices to bigger digs at 39 West 19th Street. The 10,000-square-foot space will house the production company’s office headquarters as well its production and editing facilities.

“Abner Properties has created a haven at 39 West 19th Street for creativity and creative allied businesses,” said Perry Mesmer of FirstService Williams, who negotiated the deal for the landlord. Other tenants include Ultrabland, the Executive Office of the Center for Community Alternatives, the School for Film and Television, and Dance Manhattan. “Left/Right blends in perfectly with the wide range of creative tenants already in the building,” Mr. Mesmer said.
