Saks Incoporated signed a 10-year lease totaling 27,819 square feet across three connected buildings at 53 West 23rd Street, 49 West 23rd Street and 30 West 24th Street. Asking rents were $32 per square foot, according to Crain’s, and the firm was expected to have relocated to the space from two others in the area by the end of May.

Alan Bonett and James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord.

“Saks Inc. is an iconic New York City brand and is recognized all over the world for exceptional retail stores, high-level customer service and commitment to the fashion industry,” Mr. Buslik said in a statement. “It has been a pleasure to work with such a highly regarded company, and we are thrilled they were able to get great space in our buildings. We look forward to having them as a long-term tenant.”
