Because we work with large institutional investors, we can source investments of up to $250 million from a single investor. This saves our clients significant time and resources that otherwise would be spent managing multiple investors and multiple investment rounds. For real estate developers specifically, this means we can source programmatic lenders and investors to fund projects over the next 24 to 36 months instead of taking each project to market separately.
