Following up on its rapid growth in 2025, location analytics company Placer.ai continues to expand access to its impressive technology across industries.
In February 2026, Placer.ai’s alternative-data visitation metrics became available directly inside Bloomberg Terminals, giving finance customers a three- to five-day early read on company performance.
Additionally, Placer.ai formed several new partnerships in 2026, including with CRED iQ. Together, they launched a joint commercial mortgage-backed securities report, layering foot traffic data over CMBS financial metrics for lenders and investors to benchmark asset performance and make more informed underwriting and trading decisions. Commercial real estate advisers Green Street integrated Placer.ai’s foot traffic data into its U.S. platform, giving clients footfall insights alongside property analytics, owner fundamentals and sales comparables.
Those additions followed Colliers, which in March 2025 began using Placer.ai data to help clients evaluate marketing effectiveness, measure event return on investment at retail centers and identify top-performing retail brands.
“Data is only valuable if people trust it and have the ability to use it when they’re making a decision,” Noam Ben-Zvi said in an email. “Accordingly, that’s been our focus, and, over the past year, we’ve added more dimensions to our data and are working with more partners across various sectors. Next, we’re building AI capabilities that let anyone on a deal team pull the information they need from our data without waiting on a research team.”
Leveraging a panel of tens of millions of devices that use machine learning to estimate visits to locations nationwide, Placer.ai has more than 5,000 paying customers across various industries, including commercial real estate, finance, packaged goods and the public sector. Its clients include Tishman Speyer and Howard Hughes; Meta and Google; J.P. Morgan and Citigroup; McKinsey & Company and PwC; and Adidas, PepsiCo and Wayfair.
