Dealpath, an AI-powered operating system for real estate investment, was something of a pioneer proptech company when it was founded in 2014.

Its goal of uniting an institutional listings clearinghouse with market intelligence, investment data, workflow automation and orchestration across the entire real estate investment life cycle was a challenging one, but also one that has seen increased industry buy-in year-over-year.

“The firms pulling ahead aren’t the ones with the most AI, they’re the ones with data foundations good enough to trust it,” said Mike Sroka. “Our job is to give institutional investors both the system of record for their own decisions and the network that connects them to the market. That’s what the next decade of real estate investing runs on.”

Co-headquartered in New York and San Francisco, with offices in Austin and Toronto, and more than 100 full-time employees, Dealpath has powered more than $10 trillion in transactions for hundreds of institutional clients, including Blackstone, Nuveen, LaSalle, CBRE Investment Management, MetLife, Newmark, New York Life, UBS, Manulife and DWS.

In 2026, Dealpath added Northmarq, Avison Young and Cushman & Wakefield alongside existing customers JLL and CBRE, resulting in a total of more than 19,000 listings representing over $930 billion in aggregate value for potential buyers’ pipelines.

In May, the company launched Dealpath AI across its investment life cycle platform, including listings, comps, extraction and deal screening. Integrated AI offerings, including the Dealpath MCP, enable clients to access governed market data, pipelines and models from inside Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT.

In addition, Dealpath added numerous new debt and equity clients in 2026 — including Hilltop Capital Partners, Dogwood Industrial Properties, Denholtz, CS Holdings, Evergreen Devco, Goldrich Kest, and Beedie — joining more than 300 institutional clients.

Michele Thiel joined as vice president of marketing in August 2026.
