Keller Williams is the world’s largest real estate franchise.
The company cites total sales volume for 2024 of $370.8 billion with 145,042 affiliated agents, according to T3 Sixty, a leading residential real estate analyst firm. (As a private company, Keller Williams has not released midyear figures for 2025.)
Given the firm’s size and breadth, it’s little surprise that some of its greatest recent accomplishments concern international expansion. That includes awarding master franchises this year in the Cayman Islands, the company’s 11th in the Caribbean. Master franchises also were awarded in El Salvador, their seventh in Central America; and in North Macedonia and Hungary, the latter becoming the company’s 19th master franchise in Europe.
Keller Williams, which Gary Keller co-founded in 1983, has also been recognized as a desirable workplace, being named to Glassdoor’s list of Best-Led Companies for 2025, a designation based on anonymous testimonials from employees.
Asked about his greatest achievements on the residential front since joining the company in March 2025, CEO Chris Czarnecki singled out a partnership Keller WIlliams announced in June with the visual communication platform Canva. All Keller Williams agents will have access to Canva’s design platform, allowing them to “elevate marketing at scale,” according to a company release.
“By bringing the power of Canva directly to our affiliated agents, at no additional cost, we’re unlocking the ability to create standout marketing faster and easier,” Czarnecki said in the release.
Also in March, it was announced that Keller Williams would receive a significant infusion from the investment firm Stone Point Capital. This partnership was announced concurrently with Czarnecki’s hiring.
“Keller Williams has built a global position and an incredible culture of growth and entrepreneurial achievement, and I am thrilled to be part of its next chapter and to serve and support the entire Keller Williams’ family,” Czarnecki said in the release. “The partnership with Stone Point is all about success — giving us the ability to continue to innovate, expand, and provide even more value to franchisees, agents and their clients.”
