Investment deal management platform Dealpath has seen significant growth in 2025, supporting more than 100 institutional clients, including major firms like Blackstone, Brookfield, MetLife, Nuveen and Starwood Property Trust.

Perhaps not surprisingly, much of that growth is connected to artificial intelligence, said Mike Sroka, Dealpath’s co-founder.

“It feels like an amazing time to be part of what we call proptech, and, historically, what has been real estate software services,” said Sroka. “I think that the amount of innovation and enthusiasm for AI capabilities is a catalyst for digital transformation and change management.”

Sroka said 2025 has been a breakout year for Dealpath.

“It’s been marked by record ARR growth and expansion with many of the world’s top investment managers, including Blackstone, CBRE Investment Management and New York Life Real Estate Investors,” said Sroka, referring to annual recurring revenue. “We launched AI Studio, enabling clients to automate deal screening and extract insights from deal documents instantly, and Dealpath Connect, the first direct integration between top brokerage firms and institutional buyers, creating a real-time digital marketplace for commercial real estate investments. Together, these innovations are reshaping how capital flows through the
market — faster, smarter and with greater precision.”

Dealpath claims its clients are seeing a 400 percent increase in market database comps captured in a proprietary database; a 200 percent increase in deals screened with no additional personnel hired; and a 30 percent decrease in errors in underwriting, diligence and deal execution. These same clients can have more than 20 automated recurring reports with real-time information.

Founded in 2014, San Francisco-based Dealpath has grown to a team of more than 100 full-time employees, with offices in Austin, Manhattan and Toronto. To date, Dealpath has supported more than $10 trillion in transactions on its platform with over 300 institutional investment management firms globally.

The company has raised a total of $61 million, with its last round having been a $43 million Series C in September 2022 led by Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, JLL, Nasdaq and 8VC.
