In the past 12 months, Cherre has attempted to operationalize artificial intelligence in real estate.
In July 2025, the Manhattan-based data firm launched its AI Agent Marketplace and Agent.STUDIO, an AI-powered platform designed to help real estate organizations build and deploy custom AI agents using their connected data, with an eye toward greater automation and operational efficiency. Cherre claims the platform is the first in the industry to allow organizations to adopt and build AI workflows directly on their connected and trusted data.
Since its launch, Cherre has been actively collaborating with two enterprise clients to leverage Agent.STUDIO for building custom AI orchestrations to address clients’ business goals.
“The biggest reason for our growth has been the adoption of AI,” said L.D. Salmanson, co-founder of Cherre. “Starting at the end of last year, we saw and understood that for us to really capture the full potential of what we knew was coming in this now-agentic reality, we had to build out our platform such that anybody can use and plug into our environment. It’s the fastest-growing product we’ve ever had by far, going from zero to 10 percent of revenue in the first month it was launched in August 2025.”
Cherre’s platform was originally deployed within clients’ businesses to take operational data from anywhere and connect it to a single source of repeatable and reliable information in a consistent manner, then deliver that data downstream back to those business applications and back into data warehouses, said Salmanson.
Cherre partners with other proptech data companies such as Aterio, ClearEstimates, RentCast, Kukun, Upflex, Pass_by and Enerativ.
In August 2025, Cherre was named Commercial Data Management Platform of the Year in the fifth annual PropTech Breakthrough Awards program, a leading independent market intelligence organization that evaluates real estate technology companies worldwide.
