The Power Residential list spotlights the residential and multifamily developers, investors, financiers, brokers, architects, and other key stakeholders delivering the year’s most notable residential developments, acquisitions, and financings.

Submissions can include deals and developments across the residential and multifamily sectors, including luxury, market-rate, and affordable housing.
