Tony Fineman

Senior Managing Director, Head of Originations, ACORE CAPITAL

Tony Fineman is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations for ACORE CAPITAL. Mr. Fineman is responsible for overseeing the originations platform, and for sourcing, originating, structuring, underwriting and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities. Mr. Fineman has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, having closed more than $25 billion in loans across all product types.

Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL, Mr. Fineman was an Executive Vice President with Brickman
and a principal at Hillcrest Finance, where he was responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity investments. Prior to Brickman, Mr. Fineman held various positions in commercial real estate finance including a senior role with Wachovia Bank, where he structured
and closed complex commercial real estate finance transactions, and a role as a banker with
Nomura Securities.

Mr. Fineman has also spent a significant amount of time on the equity side of the commercial real estate business, including in senior roles with Centres Inc. and Terranova Corporation, and in his time with Brickman. Mr. Fineman began his career in commercial real estate as an attorney representing institutional and private clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Fineman received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. Mr. Fineman serves on the board of enCourage Kids Foundation.

David Gahagan

David Gahagan is a senior vice president and managing director based in Northmarq’s West Palm Beach office. With over 30 years of experience, David provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers, investors and owners across all asset classes. He has originated debt with Fannie/Freddie/HUD, life insurance companies and bank capital sources, assisting clients with construction, permanent, bridge and structured finance needs. His experience includes assisting institutional and middle market clients providing them with customized financing solutions to achieve the clients’ investment goals whether it is short to medium term opportunities, portfolio financing or long-term core family holdings.

David’s knowledge, relationship and reputation with capital sources provides his clients with a best in class execution and customer service throughout the life cycle of the investment. His overriding goal is client satisfaction and a financing solution that meets their needs.

After a brief stint managing the Grandbridge South Florida office and a nine-year stint with Walker & Dunlop where he held a production and management role, David has held previous production roles with Legg Mason Real Estate Services (10 years) and Grandbridge (9 years).

David holds a bachelor’s degree from Furman University and a master’s degree in business administration with a finance concentration from the University of South Florida. David is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
