IMPACT Award
Awarded to a firm that has demonstrated a commitment to improving communities served by the real estate industry, with a focus on ESG, DEI, sustainability and innovation.
Deals of the Year
Awarded to teams that have proven to be especially savvy and adept in flexing their dealmaking skills. Teams may submit to one or multiple of the three Deal of the Year categories:
- Investment of the Year
- Finance Deal of the Year
- Lease of the Year
Deals qualify if they were completed in the last 12 months.
Innovator of the Year
Awarded to a team that has created or is leveraging cutting-edge business models and strategies to support real estate growth.
