Neil Gupta joined Rudin in 2012 and is the company’s President and Chief Investment Officer. He focuses on new investments and acquisitions, capital markets, business development activities and financial asset management. He also helps to oversee Rudin Ventures. Prior to Rudin, Neil was in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Co-Head of Real Estate Private Equity Coverage. Neil serves on the board of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. Neil graduated from the University of Chicago with Honors in Economics and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Ryan Kass is the Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing of Empire State Realty Trust. Mr. Kass oversees the company’s leasing department, bringing his extensive experience, relationships, and industry knowledge to the team.nnMr. Kass joined Empire State Realty Trust in November 2013 and has led the team in transaction volume which totals more than 10MM square feet. Prior to ESRT, he was Senior Managing Director at Newmark where his practice focused on both landlord and tenant representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space. During his 10 years at Newmark Mr. Kass was a member of the Leadership Council, mentoring junior brokers, and was also the 2011 recipient of the Aaron Gural Award.nnMr. Kass is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Cornell Hotel Society. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2003 and was a Dean’s List graduate. He received his master’s degree in 2006 from New York University (NYU), where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Graduate Fellowship and also received a Master’s in Business Administration, MBA, from Columbia Business School in 2023 and where he graduated with Dean’s honors.
