Neil Gupta joined Rudin in 2012 and is the company’s President and Chief Investment Officer. He focuses on new investments and acquisitions, capital markets, business development activities and financial asset management. He also helps to oversee Rudin Ventures. Prior to Rudin, Neil was in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Co-Head of Real Estate Private Equity Coverage. Neil serves on the board of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. Neil graduated from the University of Chicago with Honors in Economics and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth (Liz) Hart serves as President of Leasing for North America, overseeing the Company’s operating businesses in the U.S. and Canada. She is responsible for
driving the strategy of Newmark’s leasing business and serving leasing advisors and clients across the company. Hart is a member of Newmark’s Executive Committee,
an internal corporate management steering committee, and reports to Chief Executive Officer Barry Gosin.

In her current role, Hart works closely with the Company’s professionals to identify and leverage cross-platform synergies, improve efficiencies and drive Newmark’s leasing revenue growth while helping to recruit and retain industry-leading talent.
Additionally, Hart works alongside Newmark’s Chief Information Officer to leverage the Company’s sophisticated technology infrastructure and identify
opportunities for and solutions to benefit advisors and clients.

Hart’s experience representing technology companies, from single entrepreneurs to members of the Fortune 50, enables her to anticipate the specific real estate challenges a company faces at each stage of its growth cycle and the type of workplace culture that companies seek to cultivate. Hart is also well-versed in zoning and entitlement processes, giving her insights on the urban future that she shares with Newmark’s clients. She has represented numerous large-block developments and helped reposition large-scale projects that have transformed skylines.

Hart also served on the leadership team spearheading Newmark’s Technology & Innovation Practice Group, a group of specialized advisors focused on the Technology, Advertising, Media and Information (TAMI)/Technology, Media and
Telecom (TMT) sector. She has worked with numerous tenants in the sector to resolve their complex real estate issues and with landlords to redevelop their buildings to attract innovation tenants.

Since joining Newmark in 2005, Hart rose to one of the top-ranked producers nationally in the commercial real estate brokerage industry. In her previous role as
Vice Chairman, she completed transactions totaling close to 35 million square feet and over $4.2 billion in value on behalf of owners and tenants, was a regular Top Five Producers in Newmark’s San Francisco office and ranked among the Top Producers in the Bay Area.

Sujohn Sarkar is Managing Director, Asset Management at Trinity Church NYC where he helps oversee 7.0 million square feet of commercial property, predominantly in Lower Manhattan. His responsibilities include leasing, development, capital projects and asset management. As CEO of Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture between Trinity, Hines and Norges Investment Management, Sujohn and the team completed a 1.2 million square foot transformation of a city block known as 345 Hudson-555 Greenwich, the most sustainable
speculative office development in Manhattan. Prior to joining Trinity, Sujohn was a Director at Ruben Companies, where he led asset
management, development and leasing efforts within Ruben Co.’s 4.0 million square foot portfolio. Notable projects at Ruben included the
repositioning, fee-leasehold consolidation and disposition of 1700 Broadway in New York, and the construction of One Hill South in
Washington, DC, a trophy apartment complex co-developed with Related Companies.

While at Trinity and Ruben, Sujohn has executed over 3 million square feet of leases for prestigious companies such as Publicis Groupe,
Google, Gensler, Horizon Media, Medidata, Oscar Health, Two Sigma, CBS, Tepper Foundation, and Lerer Hippeau Ventures, and prominent F&B and consumer brands including Starbucks, Equinox, Cava, David Yurman, Maman, Mejuri, The Row and Daniel Humm.

Sujohn was previously a Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Investment Sales team. At Cushman, Sujohn closed $2.5 billion in commercial sales on behalf of clients such as Bank of America, Ares, Dermot Company and St. John’s University. Prior to Cushman,
Sujohn acquired, financed, recapitalized and restructured commercial properties as a Senior Vice President with Broadway Partners, a New York-based owner/operator. Sujohn began his career in real estate as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Sujohn serves on REBNY’s Board of Governors and its Sustainability Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mixed-Use Council, the
Board of the Hudson Square Business Improvement District and its Executive Committee, and as Vice Chair of the Lower Manhattan
Cultural Council (LMCC) Board of Directors. Sujohn received a B.A. in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.

Jim Somoza is Partner and Managing Director of Industry City, where he leads the day-to-day redevelopment of the six million-square-foot mixed-use complex in Brooklyn. Jim has spent nearly a decade championing the campus’ vision as a creative hub and cultural epicenter. Currently, he leads retail leasing and ground floor curation, which recently unveiled the newest Hapik climbing gym, and he is overseeing an upcoming expansion of the renowned Japan Village.

Before his time at Industry City, Jim was the Chief Development Officer for Crunch Fitness for 9 years where he managed the direction of all real estate and development activities. Jim has overseen some of New York City’s most prominent real estate assets, having spent three years planning and executing the leasing, design, and construction for Chelsea Market and 85 10th Ave while president of ATC Management.

Jim started his career at Cushman and Wakefield, and as Director of Commercial Brokerage, he represented developers and landlords in the acquisition, repositioning, marketing and leasing of 1.8 million square feet of office and data center space for 85 Tenth Avenue, 650 Fifth Avenue, 325 Hudson Street, and 636 Eleventh Avenue in NYC.

Jim graduated from Syracuse University and has a JD from New York School of Law
