Leo Addimando is the co-founder and CEO of Alterra Property Group. Originally focused on multifamily and mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Alterra began acquiring industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sites in 2016 after recognizing the immense untapped potential of the space. Nearly a decade later, Alterra IOS is the largest investor in IOS in the U.S., with roughly $3 billion of assets under management.

Throughout his 20+ year career as a real estate entrepreneur, Leo has closed over $2.5 billion of deals, acquired or developed over 3,5000 residential units, and acquired industrial properties in over 30 U.S. states. As CEO, he oversees the management of every aspect of Alterra’s business and provides overall vision and leadership to the company. Leo is an industry veteran and thought leader in the industrial space with a deep understanding and knowledge of market dynamics, investor sentiment, and the key factors driving industry growth and performance.

Alexander (“Alex”) Redfearn is the Founder, President, and CEO of Redfearn Capital, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate properties across the Southeastern United States. Since founding the company in 2014, Alex has driven Redfearn Capital’s impressive growth, amassing a portfolio of small bay, manufacturing, and logistics warehouses that exceeds $700 million in assets under management and spans more than 4.5 million square feet.

Alex’s entrepreneurial journey in real estate began during his pursuit of an MBA at the University of Miami, where the concept for Redfearn Capital first took shape. What started as a case study evolved into a successful business, acquiring over 70 properties across four states.

Under Alex’s leadership, Redfearn Capital has focused heavily on both tenant and broker relationships, resulting in long-lasting partnerships with over 225 active tenants to date. His ability to develop strong relationships and make quick decisions has been central to the company’s sustained growth and reputation as a trusted operator.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business, where he was captain of the Division I golf team during his junior and senior years. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Mark Shearer is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Shearer, a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown, NJ office and leads all North Central development operations for the company.

Since joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Shearer has overseen some of the company’s largest industrial development projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including a 900,000 square-foot industrial development in Edison, N.J., and a 2.1 million-square-foot five-building project in Piscataway, N.J. Mr. Shearer is also currently overseeing the development of more than 2 million square feet of new industrial in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.

Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Mr. Shearer worked for Prologis, where he was Senior Vice President, Market Officer for New York/New Jersey. While at Prologis, he oversaw more than 34 million square feet of industrial properties and developed 1.8 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative industrial space. Prior to his work in the New York/New Jersey region, Mr. Shearer held the same position at Prologis in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing a 15-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, North and South Carolina, and Virginia.

Mr. Shearer is currently President of NAIOP’s New Jersey Chapter. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Md.

Peter Zuk is Oxford’s Head of Asset Management for North American Industrial, overseeing both direct and indirect logistics investments across the United States and Canada. Peter is based in Oxford’s New York City office, where he leads the Logistics
Asset Management platform and team.

During his 15-year career spanning multiple commercial real estate sectors and geographies, Peter has played a key role in the strategic development and expansion of
Oxford’s U.S. Logistics platform. This includes the acquisition of IDI Logistics, a bulk developer and operator, in 2018, and a 15-million-square-foot light industrial portfolio in
2021, now known as Oxford Light Industrial.

Mr. Zuk has spent the majority of his career in an asset management capacity, beginning in core office assets and transitioning to industrial in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Real Estate and Housing from the University of
Guelph.
